Buyer Compass sells digital products such as guides, bundles, and downloadable resources.
Fulfilment
Digital products are intended to be delivered electronically, whether by download access, email delivery, or another clearly stated digital fulfilment route.
Refunds
Because Buyer Compass products are digital, refund handling should be stated clearly at the point of sale. In general, refunds may not be available once digital access or delivery has been provided, except where required by law or where there has been a clear delivery failure.
Delivery issues
If a customer does not receive access to a purchased digital product, Buyer Compass should be contacted so the issue can be investigated and, where appropriate, resolved through re-delivery or another reasonable remedy.
